Communication with the software development team

We understand that communication is the key to the successful completion of any project, so our software development procedures have communication at their heart. Regular project status meetings are held both internally and with the client in the form of either face to face meetings or telephone conferences, with a weekly status report produced by the Project Manager.

We also set up a dedicated Sharepoint Portal for each project and client, which allows all the team members to centrally communicate, either by making announcements, by raising issues, or reporting key milestones.
