Momentum Global Investment Management

The Challenge

Momentum Global Investment Management was established in the UK in 1998 as the international investment and assets management arm of MMI Holdings Ltd. They specialise in providing clients with investment and savings solutions, focusing on outcomes based solutions for a diverse client base.

They had previously worked with us via Momentum Bristol, and were very happy with how we worked, and so returned to us to provide them with a larger scale solution. They had an old legacy system which was not fit for purpose for a growing company. They wanted a new system to manage all the services they provided for their customers.

 

Our Solution

We initially held a discovery session with them, so we could gather all the information we needed to find a best fit for the company. We came up with a list of user stories, so they could understand the requirements we wanted to work to. Dynamics CRM was chosen as the best solution for this project, and so our CRM team set to work.

We implemented bespoke businesses processes so the solution could meet the various requirements of the different teams within the business. The Dynamics CRM database stores all customer information, service providers, tracks leads and investment opportunities, and is able to manage any services they provide to their customers.
